I can hear the SMPS chirp at plug-in. With the HOT disconnect from the
FBT +B 130V measures only 40V. Q802-(E) voltage is supposed to be 72V
but measures only 14V. When I pull HC802 SMPS control module +B 130V is
present as well as Q802-(E) voltage. I'm not sure but I think there may
be a problem with the SMPS module. What am I missing here? Any and all
input is greatly appreciated as I know nothing about this chassis.
