[TechAssist] SONY KV-32V15

Hi Everyone
This sony tv model # kv-32v15 works ok , but the whole picture shifted
up about 3 inches. Another word the bottom of screen is black about 3
inches and at the top of screen the picture is moved up about 3 inches
which can not be seen.I did not see any vertical adjustments and in
vertical circuit all capacitors look fine. Any help would be appriciated.
