Remove using Sony removal T998-607-35 and clean cable lead and scrape the
inside of the flyback connection. Insert a small 1/4 inch spring ( like
found inside a pen and cut down to 1/4 inch) inside the flyback HV lead hole
then reinsert the HV lead. Somehow the spring tension is lost inside the
flyback and causes this arcing.
