[TechAssist] RCA orojection model P56820BL ctc195D no turn on

Set has 158vdc source at h.o transistor. 5vdc source available at eprom/
microprocessor and control board. Pushing power button or remote gives no
response ( i.e relay clicking ). Set is not in shutdown- variac makes no
