Check for an open resistor in the SMPS primary.
Check for a short on the SMPS secondary. (Disconnect entirely if
possible)
Check for a bad low value cap in the SMPS primary. (May have to use
substitution

power supply , I changed out the strs6707 , and still no power
...anyone have
the manual ? or Have a used Power supply they might want to sell ...or
a tip
