[TechAssist] SMPS Problem : ,,,, GO Video GV8050

Hello Troops : I am working on a Go video GV8050 8mm VHs combo ....This unit
has a slight ticking noise ...but no startup .....I ESRed all the caps in
power supply , I changed out the strs6707 , and still no power ...anyone have
the manual ? or Have a used Power supply they might want to sell ...or a tip
.....all will be accepted .....Thanks ......
