Hi Rick: You should get a pulse at the base for about 2 seconds when you
power up. Try this. Cut trace at pin 1 and apply 13 volts at pin one with a
amp meter in your 13 volt suppy,and power up and you should get around 35
ma. If you hear a crack at the second and it shuts down your flyback is
