I put the old flyback in again, and the horiz drive pulse was all distorted
going in to the hot, so I tried a new U1001 and I got a picture , but not
with the bulk 'D1885"s they sent me. I temporarily stuck a 1555 in it (I
know it won't work because cant take the load) and ordered the original
hot(I HOPE).After all the high voltage surges the audio output IC went as
well as the eeprom.. None of the above was wrong before I stuck that lousy
new flyback in.I just hope this helps any body else from wasting two days
and a dozen hot's on something that could have been avoided.
