[TechAssist] RCA ctc197AH3 Model F27681GY Intermittent distorted audio

Hi guys, went out this morning & picked up this unit, audio was breaking
up terribly, then unit
would "fix itself" for 30 seconds and then tear up again. I`ve had it
running on the bench now for 7 hours and of course it is playing
perfectly , I have few notes on this chassis and only 1
for audio ( C11628) and that`s for "no audio" any ideas guys??? Thanks
