[TechAssist] RCA VCR VR352

Would someone have a Circuit Diagram for a RCA VCR VR352. I have a problem
with Low voltage on the Loading Motor IC..(BA6209) Only have 2.8 volts on
VCC1 and VCC2 Pin 7 and 8. Should probably have 12V or more. So of course
symptom is "Will not Load". I replaced the IC, on speculation, but same
thing. I need either diagram pf the Power Supply or Loading Motor Supplies.
