RCA TV, PTK195BT,M#P61830BL,fuzzy picture. These are customers comments:
Unit is turned on and operates normally for a short time then picture begins
to go fuzzy audio good.
Unit is turned off and on again with same results.
After many times of repeating above picture will remain stable.
I have not been to customers house as yet but sounds like soldering in
tuner??
Anyone had similar problem before I lug this unit to the shop.
