I don't have Chipper Checker but I will get my hands on another good
EPROM. Do you know where I can get a pre-programmed EPROM? In Canada,
near Ontario would be nice.

If the data never stops after AC plug in the EEPROM is defective.
The micro is asking for the data from eeprom until it answers it keeps
sending data
Change or reinitialize the eeprom with chipper check
