[TechAssist] RCA T19064 Combo Dead

I have a RCA T19064 19" TV/VCR that is dead. The unit is pretty new (Oct
2000). You press power and no click, nothin'. The SWMPS is running at plug
in, I have 115V on my H.O.T
Any ideas ?
