A Photofact gold Sams Manual is in the download area.

Very rare when we have to buy a print with the excellent resources amongst
us!

Subject: [TechAssist] RCA -PTK195AA chassis-Need schematic-dead

> Hello all
> Is there any alternative to buying a $75.00 service manual to get a
schematic? I have a chassis on the bench that might need a microprocessor,
but I want to trouble shoot it a little better first.I do have a pulse at
pin 5 on the eprom with 1.5 volts dc there and I don't know if that's the
clock or data line., and can see a very weak pulse on pin 6 of eprom with
2.3 volts there. I scraped the glue from under caps 503 & 581 on the
convergence board, thinking that might be holding the data line down. There
is only .52 volts at the black wire at P19503, and .48 volts on the white
wire there.I also have 4.9 volts at one of the pins on the micro. I do have
140 volts at the hot across a 40 watt light bulb for test load.
