It depends on what we call a boot, there is a gasket down in the HI Voltage
block on each wire that goes into the block RCA #223221 and 223222 I can not
see any difference between the two part Numbers looking at them they fail
when the block fails the Block # is 205064 that I am talking about, these
parts RCA calls a gasket.
If Block fails I Replace these gaskets.
