Larry, check for those brown rubber spacers that melt in the PIP module and
on the main board. They have caused some similar weird problems.

Hi Guys, this RCA projo is really becoming a pain, Delivered it back to
customer everything was
fine (I ran it in the shop for 7-8 hours with no problems) she calls up
and says there are black dashes
all the way across the screen and all the way down it, went out to her
house and this is what they look like

months ago and for the life of me I
can`t remember what the fix was (forgot to write it down) Anybody have
any ideas? picture and sound
are fine other than the lines.
