Perry, Yes, there is a Vertical Height control on the back, as mentioned in my original post, but no way to adjust linearity. It's not a problem! It's not very bad... The top of the QVC Channel Logo is hitting the top of the screen while the bottom has an extra inch underneath it, where it is just a bit too high. It's only a "Tad" off and not very noticeable. Customer said no problem! Just thought there was an easy adjustment. With all these Service Menu's I just can't seem to remember every one of them. (smile) Thanks!
