Dan: I don't think there is a service menu, at least I have never used it.
Isn't there a couple of vert (2 verts) and (2 hor) controls back there. I
know all the color drives and the convergence controls are manual. Good
question though, I know the PTK179 has a service menu

What is the procedure to access the Service Menu on a RCA PTK169 Big Screen
TV?
I just repaired a set and the vertical linearity is off some, I know there
is a vert height control on the back of the set, however the top is still to
high and I need to adjust the linearity.
