[TechAssist] RCA P46770CK CTC169 Contrast doesn't adjust

This set has no contrast. The on screen adjustment goes up but nothing
changes on the picture.Can't find anything in the files. Picture is washed
out, need the brightness up all the way. Thanks for any help
