I may have replied too quickly
Is this transformer used for standby power supply or audio p/s
I just repaired one for the standby  p/s near the back of chassis it was 12
volt secondary and it had a thermal fuse inside of the primary winding open.
I saw your other post about 27 volts dc to audio after bridge so, I would
suggest a 24 volt secondary also available from radio shack
