Doesnt' sound open to me.....28 ohms and 2ndary is 0.9......doesn't stepping down 110 V to what.....5V take about 22 times more windings than the 2ndary? I'm sure the 2ndary windings have to be a larger wire, since it's higher current on the 2ndary-less ohms. Now, do you think working on a CTC 130 chassis is a good thing to do???? It's what, 2 years old? or 20?
