Phil, Please check the following items: C4127 (10/100V) R4135 and 4136 (SMDs) According to my notes these components will cause C4127 to vent. Don't ask me why, but for some reason I seem to remember something about the board silk-screen marking being reversed for a cap.!??? Hope this is of some help. Ty.
