Originally was dead. I replaced an STK730-010, shorted CR4106, and fuse.
Played days OK.
Customer called, said it would turn off, and on again, like a power
outtage. then OK. Maybe do this 3-6 times a night. Said it went out,
this time he smelled something and saw a bit of smoke come out.
here in shop, I checked it over, 9fuse, HOT good,etc) then I plugged it
in, powered it on with a full good picture/sound EXCEPT: a horizontal
"pie crusting" throughout the picture. I see no evidence of anything
overheated.
Customer is, of course "dismayed and saddened" by this "disturbing" turn
of events.
Need asstsiance please!
