Check your AGC voltage. If the AGC is not working (or shorted while
soldering; done that several times), I think that'll keep it from
autoprogramming. The T chip could also cause this.
If you have Chipper Check, I would reccomend doing as tuner alignment.
Anything out of the ordinary will usually make themselves known at that
time.
