[TechAssist] RCA F25216WT, CTC185AB, won't hold memory

Hi all,
This set will not hold memory for vertical adjustment. When I reset the
vertical value the picture fills the screen properly, however, when I exit
the menu, the vertical is down about 4 inches at the top. Changed EEPROM-no
luck. Could this be a jungle problem? TIA.
