Larry,
RCA Parts Finder shows that to be part# 195918 for C4401. The schematic
shows collector of Q4401 going into pin 2 of FBT. If that pin is lifted,
then the only paths to ground I see are C4406, C4402 and C4407 (together),
and CR4402 and CR4403 (together also). If that doesn't help, give us a fax
number and I will copy that section of the schematic and fax it to you.
