It could be the horizontal parameter is too far off.  If you can get a
picture at 90 volt AC, get into the service menu and set it for a floating
horizontal bar on parameter 01 (around 15).  If parameter 01 (horizontal) or
parameter 06 (vertical height) are too far out of range you will have no
sync, H or V.  It will also cause the HV to be too hi causing the shutdown.
It is easier to get into the service menu if you disconect the antenna when
the picture is out of sync. You could also replace the eeprom or re-program
it if you have the equipment.   John
