I located this SMD capacitor (150pF/50v # 181091) and changed it, no help. Then I remembered the associated video switch IC that had caused this type of noise before, IC U1401 (HCF4052BE) and changed that as well. Still the same. Have tried cool spray, flexing chassis, etc. need to pull a rabbit out of my hat, here!
