you wouldn't want to deviate from the actual parts on this set.....you need 
to change the U4101, the 3 caps surrounding the U4101, and the actual RCA 
zener.....once you get these parts in , plug it in, don't turn it on, but 
check the B+ on the secondary side of the low voltage transformer, must be 
less than 150 DC.....good luck
