I have a shorted chopper so I pulled CR4122 (3.0 V zener) to check it. Checked ok but I lost it. I only have a 3.3V 1 Watt zener in stock. Is this too far out of tolerance to use? I hate to have to wait for a parts order to come in just for this but I will if 3.0V is absolutely important. Will 3.3V zener bias the chopper too high? -- Gary McCartney McCartney Electronics 7134 Fife Rd, RR 7 Guelph Ontario Canada N1H 6J4 Fax: (519)821-1530 email: number63@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ------------------------------------------ Make your TechAssist database better!
