Explain it to him,and let him make the decision.
He was watchin THAT picture before the Splitter went.

I'd definitely charge more,and he needs to understand,that if you exchange 
the Green Coolant,
the Blue (foggyness) may appear.....depends on how bad the Blue is and the 
Red for that matter.
