There are probably a hundred possibilities with the information you provided.
This is one of the most widely used schematics, for someone to send one, they
will probably be needing it before your shop got done
with it.
I suggest the shop purchase the print for this chassis, or you both split the
cost.
From what you posted, the problem could be anything from the fuse to the
regulator IC/.

says the TV is dead and needs a print of power supply.
