ON AGAIN ETC AND CAN'T BE STOPPED FROM DOING
THIS\UNLESS UNPLUGGED\\IF01 (LA7830) and RL14 (.53ohm 1/2w)\\\\\\\\

Hi list,
I have a RCA 19" TV Model No. F19204WTF01 Chassis No. TX86TB When plugged
into the power, the power relay clicks on for a second and then clicks off.
It repeats this until unplugged. I could not find a SAMs for this set in the
index. Anyone repaired this problem in this set?
