Micheal, Check the following, Replace IF01 and RL14: IF01 - LA7830 RL14 -
.53Ohm 1/2W. Also check this: Bypass switch transistor by shorting TR16
emitter to collector. If set comes on with no vertical deflection, replace
TR16 and RL14. TR16 - BC548 RL14 - .53Ohm 1/2W. Hope this helps.

Hi list,
I have a RCA 19" TV Model No. F19204WTF01 Chassis No. TX86TB When plugged
into the power, the power relay clicks on for a second and then clicks off.
It repeats this until unplugged. I could not find a SAMs for this set in the
index. Anyone repaired this problem in this set?
