1993 year Quasar (Panasonic)console 25" TV. The impurity was caused by
the ADG thermistor.One leg arced in loose solder connection. Replace or
clean and resolder.
Next, a single 6 inch wide band of interference was slowely moving up.
60 HZ band. Buzz in sound,picture was distorted around band.
Small 220MDF/25V, C559,electrolytic partially bad. Heat and cool spray
affected it.
Follow up with a good resoldering of all power parts (regs, ICs,1-2 W
resistors, H drive transformer,etc)
