Have you turned up the blue and green screen controls? Also, what 
happens if you insert the blue or green anode lead into the red output 
of the HV splitter? What voltages do you get on the red CRT board 
compared to the green and blue CRT boards? Do you have any video signal 
getting to the blue and green boards?
