[TechAssist] Phillips CH#27W1-01 no tuner

set came in w/no power=replaced cap,now I find tuner wont lock,never tunes
in and channel numbers change but it stays on the same out of sync
station,checked all R's and caps-resoldered tuner still no luck..can anyone
help? thanks for your time - Tony
