First,
Replace the vertical IC with part# 483520988531. Then replace D409 and D445
with part# 483513037094. R420 and R445 are the fuse resistors for these
diodes and are part# 483511657109. Most likely the vertical IC was bad which
caused the rest to fail, however, the yoke may be bad. See the following:

SYMPTOM: Open R420 or R445 with no apparent reason. These resistors act as
fuses in the plus and minus 13 volt supplies to the vertical output circuit.
CURE: Replace original .33 watt, 1 ohm MF with .5 watt, 1 ohm MO resistors.
Use ONLY 4835 116 57109.
TIP: If one of these resistors fail replace both with the above part.

> This tv originally had vertical problem. Only the lower half of the screen
showing with a bright line in the middle. I resoldered pins of IC 500 (
vertical IC ) , Plugged it in , tv full screen appeared for a few seconds
and then R420 ( 1 ohm, 1W ) smoked out. Replaced it, then R445 started to
smoke. When I checked IC 500 for leak it did not show any. Any idea ?
