Jim  It does have C432 100mfd@200v . The 130v is the operating B+ and that 
stays the same unless you reduce the  A/C. The set will function normally at 
about 85v A/C. If it was over 130v then I might question the regulator. Dave 
Houston of Houston Electronics sent what I think is the answer from Force 32 
manual. It says that the symptom that I described can be caused by I/C 530. It 
is called the" hew shutdown" which is the HV protect circuit. I did not 
recognize it as such. If you haven't deleted that post you might want to check 
it in posts of 3/16. Most informative. I have part on order.         Paul

instead of a horz sync problem. The 130V should not change much as you 
change the line voltage if that is how you are reducing the B+. This
