Reading between the lines.....if you reduce the B+ from 130V to 115V pix 
is stable..........hum...........I think you have a regulation problem 
instead of a horz sync problem. The 130V should not change much as you 
change the line voltage if that is how you are reducing the B+. This 
sounds like the infamous C432 problem, does the N chassis have it?
