[TechAssist] Philips Model MS3252S431 Dark picture, shuts down, & more.

Hello everyone,
I have this Philips (Magnavox) model MS3252S431 set, and our other tech was
working on it with no success. I will be looking at it later today or tomorrow.
The set has very dark picture, shuts down, (No blink code, green pwr. light
remains steady) has intermittent tuner snow, FBT screen adjustment does
absolutely nothing. He has replaced RGB amp IC7330, the tuner, and the FBT.
Would a faulty EEPROM do that? TIA
