Good signal to pin 67 of 7200 says the IR path is ok, one possibility is
you may have the wrong IC7200 installed due to some confusion in the
service manual parts list. It should be P/N 935269989557, TDA9587H/N1/3,
3US1 software cluster.....subs to 935269754557. You may have gotten an
unprogrammed microprocessor. Another possibility is you have a
commercial set and will need a commercial remote control. All M8 chassis
are not created equal.
