[TechAssist] Panasonic dog CT-2040SS (ATEDP233) vert flips rapidly]

This Panasonic 20" came in with narrow vert. deflection. IC451 LA7835
had bad solder all pins. Resoldered no help. Replaced IC and every lytic
cap I found around it. May now play with good pix until warms then goes
into an erratic vert roll and loses heigth at same time.
Cold spray seems to clear it on diode D455 next to IC.
Diode is blue body with wide brown,then red stripe. What the heck is
it?.
Not sure if diode D455 is cure.Need help.
Started out a simple deal.
