Phil,
Check and see if your set has IC551(12v Reg.), if it does check for
defective Cap, C559(220m-25v) off of pin 1. I had this problem with a
APDC201 chassis and this Cap solved the problem, but don't know if this will
pretain to ATEDP233 chassis or not?
