[TechAssist] Panasonic Proj, PT-51HX41E, ch. AP820, intermittent shutdown

Customer states it happens after about 1 hours of use, once shutdown the set
has to be unplugged to reset it.
I have had it running for 4 days straight and finally saw it happen today.
Reset it and it has run all day.
Anyone have any tips on this one?
