[TechAssist] Panasonic PV-DM2799 picture stretched from top & bottom

Hi Everyone
This panasonic tv model # pv-dm2799 was dead. I fixed the power supply .
Now tv works, but picture is stretched from top and bottom. It is
probably a capacitor, but I don't know which one. Any help or comments
would be appriciated.
