The power cord might have one conductor with a ridge along the cord. I believe that conductor is to go to the wide blade on the AC plug. Best to compare with other units you have in the shop. Also, the narrow blade on the plug should connect to the fuse in the equipment and the wide blade to the ground of the primary side of the power supply.
