 three possibilities are: defective jugle ic or peripheral component in
drive line, a broken trace, those sets are very bad about pad seperating
from foil and looks fine, and third, you could  possibly have a defective
vert chip, I recently replaced  the audio out in a toshiba (was a ta8200h),
the original was shorted, new ic drew virtually no  current, output pins
were nearly o instead of 12v,(these are usually collector voltages of
internal transistors), chip was "open", hth.
