[TechAssist] Pana CT36HL42F, chassis AP388 no power

Set had shorted hor out trans, replaced flyback and transistor. Scoped
output, some distortion but not as much as expected. B+ is normal, 130v. Hor
drive
looks ok. No shorts that I can find on the secondaries. Only strange thing,
when first powered on only a small amount of B+ is present on the output,
waveform looks correct, then shortly after B+ rises to normal with a relay
click
sound, then it shuts down.
Any tips would be appreciated :)
