[TechAssist] PDF service manual files: can I send part of it?

I have a lot of service manuals on pdf. At times, A tech only needs a
part of it, say, the convergence procedures. Maybe the pdf manual is 150
pages long and 20 megs. Too big. Is there a way to pick out a certain
part, maybe 2 or three pages and just send that?
As I see it, one big file is all or nothing. Need help from some
computer savey techs here.
